We have an integrated managed guard force, based on partnerships, integrity and incentivisation.

Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate the possibility of theft of property and/or risk of injury to persons within any facility. The team managing our guarding division is experienced in the field and are sure to deliver an all-encompassing physical security service, being hands-on with the operations we strive to meet DAILY CLIENT NEEDS.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our Operational Management must ensure that our program is followed whereby Operational Quality Assurance Audit are executed to ensure compliance, on our Clients sites by our staff example but limited to:

  • Client Visits – the amount of time spent on site
  • Client meetings and KPI service level agreements
  • Site/Contractual Requirement Coverage
  • Staff training (OJT)
  • Staff evaluations
  • Risk Analysis
  • SOP Compliance
  • External Auditor: Reporting – Addressing Audit Findings corrective action.

All expectations are measured on our QMS, which ensures Management, and staff comply whilst on site.
